SealStream does not manufacture, own, or directly sell any products. All product transactions facilitated through our platform are conducted directly between buyers and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).

We are not responsible for the quality, condition, availability, delivery, or warranty of any goods supplied through introductions made on our platform.

2. No Liability for Product or Commercial Disputes

SealStream accepts no liability for:

- Product performance, suitability, or compliance.
- Delivery delays or failures.
- Non-performance or disputes between buyers and OEMs.
- Product warranties or after-sales service.

All product issues must be resolved directly between the buyer and the supplier or OEM.

3. Technical Support Is Non-Binding

Any guidance, technical information, or recommendations provided by SealStream are offered in good faith and based on industry experience. These do not constitute warranties, specifications, or contractual obligations, and should be verified independently by the buyer or end user.

4. Use of Third-Party Services

Transactions are supported via trusted third-party services such as Transpact, which provides payment security. SealStream is not responsible for the performance or availability of these third-party services.

5. No Guarantee of Platform Uptime

While we aim to maintain high service availability, SealStream does not guarantee that the platform or website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or immune from security vulnerabilities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the SealStream platform, including logos, text, and technical materials, is the intellectual property of Hermetic Rubber Company Limited unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

7. Amendments

This disclaimer may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
